Headed Back

Well here I am. Been home for almost three weeks and now I am getting ready to head back. It's been an interesting few weeks. So much I have learned about myself and the people around here. So much I learned about the place I grew up in. I feel like I am really ready to start my life anew in many ways. I am eager to return and of course a bit apprehensive. I'll give you guys a better update once I get back.

I was trying to get my papers started the other day and I was watching Return of the King. This is a line a form the end of it. Kind of how I am feeling about the discoveries I have made about myself and my past.

How do you pick up the threads of an old life?
How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand there is no going back.
There are some things that time can not mend.
Some hurts that go too deep...that have taken hold.
